Could you please tell us what you meant to say by "high potential"?

From a business perspective, this term could be considered high value customers, decision makers and other key positions.

I suggest we avoid using the phrase "high potential" and instead replace that 2nd bullet with this new wording:

• "The millions of potential customers, employees, and other key decision makers who have cognitive and learning disabilities as well as people impacted by situational impairments"
