Allow inviting external guests who do not have a W3C Account

Currently it is only possible to invite guest participant if they have a W3C Account, and when they don't the event information has to be forwarded manually.

The calendar application should support inviting to an event external guests who do not have a W3C Account by just providing their name and email address.
