URL templating for agenda/minutes

Very often, the minutes can be found in the W3C dated space since they were generated by RRSAgent/

It would be nice if we could set up the minutes link for future events to be:

https://www.w3.org/${YYYY}/${MM}/${DD}-pointerevents-minutes.html https://www.w3.org/Privacy/IG/summaries/PING-minutes-${YYYY}${MM}${DD}

Where ${} fields are replaced using the date of the actual event occurence.

Similar, some groups are using wiki for agenda and those links can be predicted based on the meeting date.

The URL can be set it in stone in a specific instance once the meeting is in the past.
