idlAttribute must reflect contentAttributeName and support ElementInternals.

I got very confused about "support ElementInternals" until I saw https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/common-dom-interfaces.html#support-elementinternals.

This definition should be linked.

cc @annevk since you might be able to do this faster than anyone else. I'm not sure how the syntax works in this doc.
