Draft a section addressing changes from ARIA 1.0 to 1.1

There are some changes in ARIA 1.1 that authors may want to be aware of when planning revisions to a site. These could include the deprication of drag and drop properties, changes to the application role, and new capabilities for combobox, as well as all the new roles, states, and properties. There may be others we want to add to this list.

I raised this issue when removing the drag and drop section, which simply stated that drag and drop are depricated.

Do you happen to know if there is any updated guidance for doing drag and drop? If there's nothing currently in the APG, do you happen to know of any good external articles or blog posts which explain how to do it? Thanks!
