Feature request: permalink for bare bones example pages, no additional iframes/markup

Using ARIA APG examples in browser bug reports is currently inconvenient. Unless I'm missing something, the best thing we have is a link to the codepen. Unfortunately, the codepens do not seem to provide a minimal/raw view. Ideally, we could use a link and get just a running example without any additional iframes or codepen markup. Otherwise, we need to create a new file and copy/paste the JS, CSS and HTML into it.

@aleventhal, we've been talking about this. How bare does it need to be to be useful? Can it have the standard banner and footer?

If that doesn't help, is there an alternative that would be as good, e.g., download a zip of the example where the HTML in that zip is stripped down to just the example part of the page?
