Description

Is it desirable to have the header repeated when you are navigating the cells in a column? It seems like it might be considered "noise" if you are navigating up down the cells in the same column.

@jongund Probably not, no. In fact, I'd say it was bad to have that information reannounced. Will fix.

@jscholes This issue come up in several tests in the grid example where moving to the next or previous column or row requires both the row and column information to be announced.
