Preview Tests

This PR is for showing the changes introduced by #1125:

• Alert review page showing that the JAWS command has an additional speechRateIncrease and commentAnnouncementOn setting. Also added a new Enter + virtualCursor + commentAnnouncementOn command
• Alert test page for JAWS commands accounting for multiple settings

The actual diff between #1125 because this targets master to make sure the netlify link stays updated (is only bumped if PR branch target master).
