Vocabulary List updates need for symbol and stepindicator

1.2 URI -> Steplocation should be corrected to stepindicator in the bullet and in the description. The stepindicator is the name used to indicate a sequence of steps in a task. Steplocation is used in a stepindicator as a link to the URI for each step. As noted the steplocation could potentially be indicated by an href.

It is not in our master branch now, I think we could merge it to master branch, I will pull a request.

The vocabulary list is out-of-date again, given recent changes. What is the purpose of the document? Is it linked publicly, do we know? It doesn't seem to be referenced by anything except the README.
