"core object types and properties" is confusing

In AS2 Core Section 4, the first sentence says, "The Activity Vocabulary normatively defines the core object types and properties for Activity Streams 2.0."

However, in Vocab, there is a set of Core Types (capitalized) and no Core Properties.

I think the use of "core" here might be covering the entire Activity Vocabulary (all types and properties), or it might only be talking about the 8 Core Types.

This should be clarified.
