"Activity Vocabulary" document has fragment id name collisions for eg "object", "Object"

There are a few names which collide under their fragment links in the vocabulary standard, eg object and Object and image and Image.

This seems to be an editorial issue, so I'm going to take this task for myself. I don't know how to modify the anchor format in our spec language, but I'll give it a shot.
