OAuth 2.0 profile for ActivityPub report

#409 and #427 raise questions on how OAuth 2.x can be used with the ActivityPub API.

FEP-d8c2 describes an OAuth 2.0 profile for the ActivityPub API.

It may be useful to document different strategies (OIDC, native ActivityPub) in a report for the SocialCG to guide further development.
