Latest published version link for Editor's Draft is incorrect

In the editor's draft, the "latest published version" link goes to https://www.w3.org/activitypub/ instead of https://www.w3.org/TR/activitypub/

@plehegar can I ask for some of your time for the best way for me to format this document given the changes that have happened in the last few years? I want to make sure we're doing this correctly.

First two links are 404. Compare this to the VCWG:

(both links work and lead to the stated referents which are both AFAIK the proper semantics for any WG or CG draft? and accord with evan's original post saying that the [CG] editor's draft should point back to the [WG, timecapsule) TR as "stable"
