Include ::marker pseudo-elements?
https://www.w3.org/TR/accname-1.2/#mapping_additional_nd_te has some steps for ::before and ::after pseudo-elements.
But it's not much clear what to do with ::marker. See https://drafts.csswg.org/css-pseudo-4/#marker-pseudo
Note that the contents of the marker are determined by the list-style-type and list-style-image properties of the originating list item, and also by the content property of the ::marker itself. See https://drafts.csswg.org/css-lists/#content-property
@MelSumner and/or @accdc? Thoughts on this one?
It seems likely to me that any printable character will need to be added, regardless of the outliers where such content may sound a bit weird. This is already happening with list markup anyway when it includes bullets.
