How to use 1000.bmp

It can work the virtual video in whatsapp, however, when i put the 1000.bmp into the whatsapp folder, it cannot display the bmp, what should i do? can anyone help, thank you.

It only works when take a picture it won't show on the viewpoint on camera only when a photo is take if you want to see it in viewpoint you must use videos or convert that photo to a still video
