Added ability to generate bundle manifests

Hi,

I've added a task bnd-manifest for creating the manifest for the bundle, e. g. in order to be able to work with Eclipse PDE based on that manifest.

This will save the manifest as the file given by the newly-introduced property bndManifestOutput.

I hope you'll find this useful, too.
