Weather widget doesn't use system location data - de

I started cdock 5.11 Beta after a fresh install - the weather widget thinks I'm in New York, not the UK and nope I'm not on VPN :-). Be cool if it used the system location but I'd be happy enough if it allowed me an option to set my location.
