Lock the dock on a specific monitor

Hi, I want to know if it is possible to implement a lock for the dock, so it can stay on the bottom of a specific monitor. It's not a very big problem but it's still a bit of hassle to move it back when it happens and it still would be much better if it was locked on, not moving from the monitor at all.

Disabling Spaces is not that much useful and moving the dock to the side looks weird.
