not working on latest Chrome versions (>= 75)

not sure if this is a bug or not but it was working perfect before i updated chrome to 75. i use afloat to pin the console/inspector when debugging. for the time being am using yabai for pinning, one thing i noticed also was afloat never worked for me on safari while the pin/sticky feature of yabai is working on safari and i believe both afloat and yabai work in the same way, so maybe this is a bug as well ?

finally, thank you for your great work. i would've loved to take on this issue but sadly my obj-c knowledge is poor to say the least.

Has something to do with the menubar and trying to load into the window item. I can get it working just by adding it's own Afloat menu item.

Afloat conflicts to some Apps (maybe processes too?) they have windows always keeping on top, just I think.

This is also happening in Xcode. I suspect whatever issue is causing this in Chrome is the same

@w0lfschild can you elaborate on adding an afloat menu item? i really want to get this working on chrome again, even if its a work around!
