I downloaded the past 3 different version, none of them worked. Hoping you could diagnose the problem within the logs.

So what fixed it for me is installing and using WinRaR to extract it

thanks for responding, just tried it but its still looking for something that isn't there or got moved. something called "vcclient.log" I'm not sure what that is sadly.

@rippincali if you could, could you please tell more about the "vcclient.log" thing, such as what's in it and where it is found.
