Improve OptionsMenu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We should make the OptionsMenu more flexibel. Right now its limited by the MenuFlyout-Type.

Describe the solution you'd like Lets make a new OptionsMenu, that is based on the Popup-Type. This helps in the future to add more elements more easy. Also with a Popup we can make it resizeable (like in Excel) to be able to actually read long text in the filter list.
