[Feature request]: Add aspect fit within the cell without cropping

The image is cropped if Aspect fit is selected, there should be option to fit within the cell (adding black margins) without cropping image.

@aleksasp hey, I stumbled upon this setting by accident, because I was looking for this too. If you set the Aspect mode to "None" it will fit within the cell (add black bars).
