Unable to install Apps from linux

When i attempt to install ipa (or altstore) from the "install an ipa file" selection i get the following error,

Altserver Has Failed Installing app... parse anisette data ret Alert: Could not install EeveeSpotify-9.0.74-patched.ipa to unknown. Failed to connect to any resolved endpoint Press any key to continue..

Using Debian 13

Hi! Can you try installing AltStore first and then installing the IPA from there?
