compatibility with woocommerce pre-order (pay layter function)

great plugin. thanks for sharing it!

i use the pre-order plugin and it works great with your plugin for pre-orders paid upfront. but there is an issue with pre-orders paid upon release. it's not adding any fees.

it would be nice to get this working. (since i'm new to github i hope this is the right place to put this)
