With Lua and the Telegam app I use "new" commands. I did this because I haven't had a data plan for a long time and anyone who sends a message gets a reply. (only if I activate it)

What does this mean? The app requests a phone number. In my case the number has been in use by Telegram for many years, yet I get the error. Your reply "To reproduce the error, you need to register a new account." needs clarification: How can use "register a new account" and how would that solve the problem?

That would appear to explain why it is reporting as outdated. Is there any prospect of getting it back underway?

I have the same issue , it says my app is outdated and also my phone number is wrong which I have been using this number since the telegram first lunch, beside that I have registered a new account and yet it came with the same error.

Is there any alternatives for this ?
