WebView using DXComp is not supported

He there I have a program that its developers unfortionaly decided to drop windows 7 support

At first I had this error: the procedure entry point CreateDXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll which I solved by downloading VxKernel

But now I have a different problem

I need DirectComposition API which is only uvailable form Windows 8 unwards I read here: https://www.neowin.net/news/microsoft-gives-in-adds-some-directx-111-features-to-windows-7/

that Internet Explorer preview should add this, but I already have Internet Explorer 11 installed and it seams thats not the case
