The latest LTS version of Node.JS seems to work. I installed it by editing the .msi with Orca to get around the NT 6.3+ version check, going to C:\Program Files\nodejs and setting node.exe to run with VxKex, and then setting the system environment variable NODE_SKIP_PLATFORM_CHECK=1
