Wrong GoTo dialog in Windows 7

Hey, i noticed on windows 7 (and probably on other windows after Vista) that the Goto dialog display like in Windows XP (smaller and with the question mark linking to old windows help wich does not exist by default):

All other dialogs display with the correct post vista layout, Except Goto and Page setup also have the question mark. It's not rly an important bug but i still wanted to report it If those cannot be made diffrent per OS then it's fine, better to have the full features if you add XP help files than not having them on XP
