Docker tags

For anyone who wants to use this "in production" it would be nice if you would provide actual release tags with the images published to hub.docker.com :)

This is already the case, maybe partially. Every commit is a tag in docker hub, here

Latest image is built with buildx for multiple architectures and every commit has its own image with the commit hash as a tag.

Its not the perfect but im not a developer and don't really know when should i make a "release", every commit is a release for the moment.
