Sounds like more of a pdlib issue, but one workaround might be running Nextcloud via the AIO container that has a container base with compatible libraries for pdlib.

I've successfully (incrementally) upgraded to 2.10 with operator version 2.4.0. The docs definitely need updated. The compatibility chart in the README is woefully behind:

From `/usr/lib64/php8.3/lib/extensions/no-debug-zts-20230831/pdlib.so.so` it looks like you might have included it in your php or php-fpm.conf conf as `pdlib.so` instead of `pdlib` so it appended an extra `.so` to the end.
