Sounds like more of a pdlib issue, but one workaround might be running Nextcloud via the AIO container that has a container base with compatible libraries for pdlib.

From `/usr/lib64/php8.3/lib/extensions/no-debug-zts-20230831/pdlib.so.so` it looks like you might have included it in your php or php-fpm.conf conf as `pdlib.so` instead of `pdlib` so it appended an extra `.so` to the end.
