PeakEater v0.8.1 Plugin Not Loading: AU, VST3 in High Sierra

Describe the bug PeakEater v0.8.1 plugin (AU and VST3) is not recognized and does not load in Ableton Live 11.3.4 or any of my DAWs. Everything worked before, using PeakEater v0.6.2.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load an instance of PeakEater v0.8.1 on any effect insert.
  2. DAW produces an alert that "This Audio Unit Plugin could not be loaded."

Expected behavior PeakEater v0.8.1 should load an instance in my effects insert, after being scanned by DAW.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: High Sierra 10.13.6
  • Plugin format: VST3, AU
  • Version 0.8.1

DAW: Ableton Live

  • Version [11.3.4]

Additional context Previous version, PeakEater v0.6.2, was opening and working correctly.

The same problem on macbook pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) mac os x catalina 10.15.7
