Upgrading to current libs

Hi, I just stumbled upon your repo while experimenting with Google APIs and decided to upgrade it to most current libs.

  1. upgraded libs
  2. moved compiled JS+MAP files to dist folder
  3. replaced tslint with eslint
  4. upgraded code so eslint for typescript won't protest
