Display 'Overwrite?' prompt

When downloading repos' files, should check for a local filename match first. (Probably on start-up, save to array; then push new entries as downloads succeed.)

On name conflict, display standard: Overwrite <filename>? [Y/n]

Just writing these down so I don't forget
