IS whmcs 7.9.2 Supported ?
I had setup vultr whmcs module previously and created vps successfuly & client area got option like stopping,starting server. After that I setup all my products for customers. Now as long as I create a server from client area, the panel does'nt give options to start/restart and stop server.( rather it remains same with create server option) One think I remember is that I had updated my whmcs to 7.9.2 in between my test run & actual run
Your Environment:
- Server PHP Version 7.2
- Server Operating System and Version CLOUDLINUX 7.7 (v84.0.22)
- WHMCS Version 7.9.2
- Your desktop OS: windows 10, chrome (Version 80.0.3987.163 (Official Build) (64-bit))
Detailed steps to reproduce error on fresh install Install WHMCS and the install vultr WHMCS module. All all IPv4 and IPv6 Create VPS "product" in whmcs using vultr Allow server IP in vultr api settings. Create VPS , Server will be created on vultr BUT client area is NOT updated with start/stop, restart option (rather it remains same with create server option)
All logs have http 200 status

I have exactly the same problem. After upgrading to whmcs 7.9.2 he creates the instances in the vultr, however in the client area the screen for creating a VM remains.
- PHP 7.3
- CENTOS 7
- WHMCS 7.9.2
Hello everyone, I can ensure you that this module 100% working with latest whmcs 7.10 & php 7.3, also it was working fine when i was using whmcs 7.9.2 & php 7.3/7.2 . If anyone have any problem that's may be your problem, so check your all setting.

Because with me the options for shutting down / restarting or managing the instance in the client area are not being presented, it only presents the option to create a new VM.
yes, I am using 2.0.4, auto or manually how you accept the order that does not matter you need to create vm from client area or create vm at vultr & insert Virtual machine ID: at admin panel at same client product details page then it will show all of the function like stop,restart e.t.c. This is how the module working. Automatic provision will not create the vm at vultr, it will give client permission to create vm from client area. So, you or your client need to hit create button from client area. To get virutal Machine Id, click your created VM & check url you can see SUBID=646423646, this number is your VM ID.

I think I already discovered the problem.
For some reason my whmcs does not have this "VIRTUAL MACHINE ID" field.
How can I create or activate this field?

@Dionathan1425, You can create it from product "module settings" page click "Generate Default" it will create all required custom fields. check attachment to better understand.
@asarwar123, are you followed my before comments & still you have problem? If yes then remove IP restriction from vultr or whitelist your ipv4 & ipv6. if your whmcs have dedicated ip then whitelist whmcs ip plus server ip.

I solved the issue and now vultr vps auto created using whmcs after payments and also manual option exist in whmcs which is created by me
