[Feature] - Duplicate a Firewall Rule Group

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment there appears to be no way to duplicate a rule group, either through the cli or through the web interface. Ideally I'd like to have a starter group for a stack, and then create a copy to start opening up additional ports as needed per instance.
