Slack app for vulkano github repo, so we can get updates via the git bot.

Today I tried to subscribe for updates from vulkano in slack, but it turned out slack needs to be installed for the repo before I can do that, could somebosy please do that? Assuming there aren't any reasons not to?

Personally I don't use slack at all, so as the current primary maintainer I don't have an interest in this. I think a more hip solution would be to use Discord. If there is some interest in a Discord server I could create one for vulkano.

@AustinJ235 its just to track updates on the repo via a bot in slack its nothing to do with actually discussing the library in slack as for adding the application to the repo, is it really that problematic?
