WechatAppEx.exe占用CPU过高

这两个程序占用CPU过高，且会自动运行，经调查是微信小程序的组件，希望能解决 ~~deepin-wine6-stable维护者前来提issue~~

我也发现了同样的问题，原本以为是微信版本升级到3.9.2后带来的问题，但是降级回3.9.0.28还是有同样问题。不过WeChatAppEx.exe的几个进程可以kill掉，貌似并不影响微信主进程运行

我暂时是这样：打开winecfg在library中disable掉。

WINEPREFIX=~/.deepinwine/Deepin-WeChat/ deepin-wine6-stable winecfg

在输入框中填入WeChatAppEx.exe，然后add，再edit成disable

可以杀掉，不影响，但是麻烦一些，可以参考 @ChasingZenith 的方法
