[Feature Request] Add formats option as prop
Version 1.0.0-beta.7
Currently formats is only able to be passed to the options prop. Since the options prop is ignored when using the modules prop (#115), formats cannot be used while also using third party Quill modules.
Please add formats as an independent prop in addition to providing it in options.
