[Bug Report][3.4.9] Autocomplete: Impossible to go back up to typing again using ArrowUp

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.4.9 Vue Version: 3.4.3 Browsers: Chrome 120.0.0.0 OS: Mac OS 10.15.7

Steps to reproduce

This is a usability issue.

1. Focus on the component
2. Press ArrowDown to select the first available suggestion.
3. Press ArrowUp to go back to the cursor area.

Expected Behavior

Selection goes back to input field and cursor to be able to type.

Actual Behavior

Selection goes to last item at the bottom of the list.

This issue seems to be a usability bug in the existing design. The user needs to be able to go back to typing area to type and filter results again.
