[Bug Report][3.3.5] VDatePicker max prop only works for restricting years

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.3.5 Vue Version: 3.3.4 Browsers: Chrome 114.0.0.0 OS: Mac OS 10.15.7

Steps to reproduce

Select a date after the specified max date

Expected Behavior

The dates after the specified max date should be disabled

Actual Behavior

All dates are selectable
