[Feature Request] 4 week calendar type

Problem to solve

Having a 4 week calendar gives more flexibility to the calendar component and gives users the ability to navigate a single week into the future/past while keeping a "month" type layout for the calendar.

Proposed solution

Currently there are 4 calendar types for the v-calendar component:

  type="month|week|day|4day"
></v-calendar>

Feature request is to have a 5th type, "4week". Usage example:

<v-calendar
  type="4week"
></v-calendar>

How does this "4week" calendar type work?

1. Similar to "month" type, however, only shows 4 weeks (1 week in the past + current week + 2 weeks in the future)
2. When navigating the calendar with the "forward" and "backward" buttons it scrolls a single week into the future or into the past respectively
