[Feature Request] Add additional on-scroll options for app-bar

Problem to solve

Scroll To height, Colour on scroll, Elevation Height on scroll

Proposed solution

Add a scroll prop that has an options object/array parameter where you can add the scroll to height, colour on scroll which overrides the original colour and overrides the elevation height that exists. May remove the need for seperate scoll props.
