What is the motivation for adding / enhancing this feature?

Remediate deprecation warning that is generated in build console for the boilerplate theme, and append a file to the commercetools platform

What are the acceptance criteria

1. Refactor the nuxt.config.js file for the following paths... packages/boilerplate/theme/nuxt.config.js

2. There is no file present for the commercetools integration
