Category - Increase/Decrease quantity does not work in list view

Expected result

Increase/Decrease quantity buttons should work both in grid and list views

Actual result

Increase/Decrease quantity buttons does not work on horizontal product card (list view)

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to category page
2. Switch view to list view
3. Click [ "+" ] button to increase product's quantity -> quantity does not change

Looks like changing quantity value simply doesn’t trigger update request.

The issue will be fixed once the changes from this ( https://github.com/vuestorefront/storefront-ui/pull/1724 )SFUI PR are merged and released
