[FEATURE] connect to Open Ecommerce API to stimulate real store instead of static views

Describe how this feature will help us improve Describe why do you think this feature is needed.

Currently when we test E2E and Lighthouse we use a static store page that has almost score of 100 in every area. This looks good but is not real as stores would have network latency and lots of products to display.

My proposition is to connect to Open Ecommerce API to fetch products, categories and other data to stimulate the real store and then see what are the results of E2E and Lighthouse.
