Include Core web vitals in QA

Description

As PWA gets more attention, as a developer i would love to see more support in having a frontend, which will have a high score with PageSpeed.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Include a QA-Pipeline to constantly measure and evaluate the key metrics (CLA, PCP, etc.) (https://web.dev/performance-scoring)
  2. Provide best practices to ensure that custom builds will still be performant. For example architecture, technical constraints, etc.
