[new] Implement footer in vue-material

Vue-material does not have any footer layout classes. I would like to see footer classes similar to MDL (Material Design Lite) https://getmdl.io/components/index.html#layout-section/footer

No one is working on this? Probably this is one of most common layout component. I really will appreciate if any one working on this because the last comment was a year ago.
