I found a runtime error at your website:

I have the same issue, where the box simply stopped working, no logs or errors either: https://bits.labor.tools/guide/ Tried upgrading to the latest version, but that did not change anything. I did not change anything on the configuration, and simply added new contents for a few month now 🤔
