Suggest using chobitsu to do devtools

I find that repl vue's custom logs are quite limited in terms of functionality. They don't have console.log, console.time... so I would like to suggest chobitsu as a custom log replacement for this.

I can create a pr to integrate chobitsu into repl if possible
