Missing 3.5+ watch documentation in Guide

Hi, I just found out about some great new features of watchers released in 3.5. All new features where mentioned in the release notes, but I first found the pause/resume watcher feature by accident in the API reference, then I reviewed the release notes. But, for instance, I don't think there's anything at all about getCurrentWatcher in the docs.

I personally tend to review the Guide for new features, and usually they get at least mentioned there, and may link to the API reference. So I just wanted to point out that those new watch features are lacking documentation.
